Rebuilding Together

FivePoint hosted the regional meeting of the affiliates of Rebuilding Together in Northern California, providing breakfast and lunch for the group’s day-long meeting at The San Francisco Shipyard’s Welcome Home Center. Rebuilding Together is a national nonprofit housing organization that transforms the lives of low-income homeowners by improving the safety and health of their homes and revitalizing their communities.

The Meeting served as an opportunity for the nonprofit leaders to come together and share best practices, new programs, and updates for their respective divisions. Rebuilding Together includes 160 affiliates that serve communities nationwide and mobilize thousands of volunteers each year.

Rebuilding Together San Francisco provides free repair and renovation programs for low-income, elderly, and disabled San Franciscans and for nonprofit and community facilities. The organization’s programs address basic living, life-event, and quality-of-life needs. The Rebuilding Together volunteers’ work on residences makes it possible for people to live independently for a longer period of time in their own homes.
