Kim Tobler

Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President

Kim Tobler was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Five Point Holdings in September 2023. Mr. Tobler has more than 35 years of experience in tax, financial reporting, and corporate finance, primarily in the real estate sector. Kim originally joined the Company in 2016, most recently serving as the Company’s Vice President – Treasury and Tax.

Prior to joining FivePoint, Mr. Tobler worked at Ernst & Young LLP and Irvine Company, a prominent real estate company in California. His career at Ernst & Young started in 1985, and he was promoted to partner in 1996 with a focus on serving real estate companies. From 2003 to 2008, Mr. Tobler joined Irvine Company as Senior Vice President – Finance and Reporting, where he was responsible for corporate accounting, corporate strategic planning, tax, and IT – reporting to the CEO. He returned to Ernst & Young in 2008 as a partner until joining FivePoint in 2016.

Mr. Tobler holds a B.S. and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
