Beacon Park K-8 opened in August 2016. Located in the Beacon Park neighborhood, the campus includes covered walkways, a detached kindergarten, a full-court gymnasium, outdoor learning areas and more. A second K-8 in Great Park Neighborhoods is currently in the planning phases.

Portola High School opened in August 2016 with a freshmen class only, adding a new grade level each year through the fall of 2019. This 40 acre campus will accommodate up to 2,400 students and features flexible classrooms, major athletic facilities, and a full performing arts center.
